Privacy policy

This is a translation for convenience. Aurethic is a Spanish business and Spanish law applies: if this page and the Spanish version ever differ, the Spanish version prevails.

This policy explains what personal data aurethicdigital.com collects, what it is used for, how long it is kept and how you can exercise your rights.

1 · Data controller

2 · What data we collect

Only the data you give us voluntarily:

  • Contact form. Required: name, email, company or website, the services you are interested in, your main goal, a rough budget, when you want to start and whether you would like the free call. Optional: phone, what you would like to achieve and how you found us.
  • Free 30-minute call. The details you share to agree a day and time, and during the conversation.
  • Email. Whatever you include in your message.

We do not collect special categories of data or data about minors. The form sends your enquiry by email to info@aurethicdigital.com and does not store your IP address or browser details with it.

3 · What we use it for and on what legal basis

  • Replying to your enquiry, preparing the call and, if you ask, a proposal. Legal basis: your consent and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).
  • Managing the contract if we end up working together. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
  • Meeting legal obligations (tax and accounting). Legal basis: legal obligation.

We do not use your data to send you marketing you have not asked for, and we do not have a newsletter.

4 · How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that do not lead to a contract: one year from the last contact.
  • Contractual relationship: while it lasts and, afterwards, for the legal limitation period for tax and accounting obligations.

5 · Who receives your data

We do not sell or share your data. Only the providers needed to run the service are involved:

  • Web hosting and email: Hostinger.
  • Booking the call: currently requested through the form.
  • Statistics: Google Analytics 4: Google Ireland Limited, only if you accept statistics cookies; possible transfers to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

The website fonts are served from our own server, with no requests to Google.

6 · Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time, and withdraw any consent you have given.

Just write to info@aurethicdigital.com stating the right you want to exercise. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency, Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).

7 · Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data: HTTPS encryption, access control, spam protection on the form, backups and regular software updates.

8 · Changes to this policy

If we change the way we handle data, we will update this page. The version in force is always the one published here.
